Yes, there is a 45-pound weight restriction and breed restrictions including Pit Bulls, Tosa Inus, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, and Doberman Pinschers.

Yes, we offer a private dog park.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, we offer short-term leases with a minimum of 3 months.

We have Amazon package lockers to hold any deliveries.

The fitness center is open from 6am to 10:30pm.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. There is a $500 fee for the warming café and a $750 fee for the Enclave rooftop lounge.
